Venu Does it again............

In came another bazooka for the Health Minister of India......the Supreme Court of India , the apex court ruled against the ouster of the director of the recently in controversies hospital, AIMMS. As happens in after any court ruling involving ministers, politicans or any other public figures...it was time for publicly celebrating not your win, but the defeat of the other party, in this case Mr. Ramadoss........where there is a celebration in India, where can sweets, dhols & fireworks be left behind in India.......so out comes your mithai ( Sweet ) boxes, the friendly neighbourhood Sandal wala ( yes i am an engineer, learnt this term during college fests & branch competitions ) & your 1000W lighting............

Now you maybe be thinking , what's wrong in that....after all the good doc has won a court case that reinststes him as the director again....but think again.......all this halla gulla was being done right in the premises of AIMMS, the premier healthcare institution in India.......you heard it right........inside a SILENCE ZONE...............and that too by not illetrate hooligans, but well read & highly qualified doctors........

Now you know why inspite of having the 2nd largest pollution.......opps!!!! sorry population in the world......we are not counted amongst the developed nations, & till a few years ago were a part of the illustrious under developed club........because we don't have the respect for rules...i am not blaming our condidtions to just this, but one follows another...you are a habitual rule breaker, you don't respect the laws, the lawmakers don't treat you fairly, the law enforcers try to harrass you.....you loose faith in the system, your country has problems like corruption, low standards of living, resentment against the system, the system is not effective, rise in extremisim & hooliganism or mob culture.....people break rules, they don't respect the law...etc..etc....so its a vicious cirle.......a never ending black hole, that sucks you into it........

Coming back to the episode in discussion.........i have no hard feelings for the doc...i personally have a lot of respect for the man..he has touched my life ina big big way....he saved my father's life 20 years back, when open heart surgery was considered to be the most dangerous surgery...but i am against any show of strength that creates problems for the common man.... i am sure Doc. Venugopal had nothing to do with this, but then he needs to clarify this & prosecute erring staff ( in this case i feel almost every doctor would be guilty of breaking the rule ).........

My humble suggestion.......enfore the clause of the NOISE POLLUTION (REGULATIONS & CONTROL) RULES 2000.........there are provisions in the rules to take action against anyone found to be violating it & creating noise in Silence Zones/Areas..

My suggestions to Mr. Ramadoss...........blame Doc. Venugopal and have him thrown out form the office of the director of AIMMS.......good luck for another court battle after that sir......

JAI HIND!!!!!
